Fence Services in Palm Coast Fence Company,
Flagler County

We serve Flagler County and every Palm Coast project is quoted free and on-site. Palm Coast is a master-planned city, so most neighborhoods carry deed restrictions and HOA architectural review, and much of the city is built around a saltwater canal system that puts fences on the water’s edge. Add the salt air on the Hammock and the answer changes lot to lot: corrosion-resistant materials near the canals and the coast, HOA-approved styles inland, and a foundation built for sandy Flagler soil.

Fence Installation

New fences for homes across Palm Coast and Flagler County, planned around your lot and the rules that apply to it. On saltwater canal lots, city code limits solid fences to 4 feet within 20 feet of the water, so we lay out your options before you commit. Every post goes in on the iDrive Power System, driven four feet into undisturbed soil for a foundation 10x stronger than concrete. No deposit required.

Fence Replacement

When an old fence in Palm Coast is past saving, we remove it, haul it away, and build the new one in its place. It's also a good time to rethink the material. Weathered wood near the canals can give way to vinyl or aluminum, and an open aluminum design can stand taller along the water than a solid fence. We coordinate any HOA approval before work begins.

Fence Repair

Not every problem means a new fence. We handle fence repair across Palm Coast and Flagler County, fixing leaning sections, broken pickets and panels, damaged posts, corroded hardware, and gates that sag or won't latch. We also serve Palm Harbor, Grand Haven and the Hammock. Every repair starts with an on-site assessment and quote, and we'll tell you plainly when a repair won't hold and replacement is the smarter call.

Fence Types and Materials

Every property has different needs. We offer five materials to match your budget, style, and how much maintenance.

White Vinyl Fence by Fortera Fencing

The low-maintenance pick. No painting or staining, and it shrugs off coastal humidity.

A wrought-iron look that won’t rust. Good for pool enclosures and yards near the water.

Cost-effective security for yards, pets, and commercial perimeters. Galvanized against salt-air corrosion.

Combine materials, like aluminum posts with vinyl panels, for a custom look.

Full-privacy backyards. Board-on-board and shadowbox styles, built for Jacksonville heat and humidity.

Recently used the team at Fortera Fencing to re-install our aluminum fence after a backyard project and couldn't be any happier. The entire experience was seamless, transparent and most of all professional. This wasn't your Chuck-In-A-Truck outfit...there was a clear plan from start to finish and that plan was executed in a timely fashion. Do NOT hesitate to call Fontera!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a Palm Coast office?

Yes. Our Palm Coast office is at 395 Palm Coast Pkwy SW, Ste 4, Palm Coast, FL 32137, serving all of Flagler County.

In most residential cases there’s no local permit to pull. As of July 2026, Florida law (HB 803) prohibits local permit requirements for single-family residential fence jobs contracted under $7,500, which covers most residential installs, and neither the county nor an HOA can require a permit below that threshold. Above $7,500, and for commercial work, requirements vary across Flagler County and the City of Palm Coast. We verify what applies to your address and handle permit pulling whenever one is required. Pool-barrier code compliance is included either way. (Deed-restriction and HOA architectural review is separate from a permit and still applies in most Palm Coast communities.)

Yes. Architectural-review coordination is a standard part of our process for every Palm Coast job, not an add-on. We prepare and submit the full package on your behalf. Grand Haven, Hammock Dunes, Palm Coast Plantation, and most deed-restricted sections require material, color, and sometimes style approval before installation. Aluminum and vinyl are the most commonly approved styles, and we’ll advise on your specific community’s requirements at the estimate.

Yes. Palm Harbor and much of Palm Coast is built on a saltwater canal system, and canal-front fencing has its own considerations: setbacks from the seawall, drainage and access easements, and constant salt exposure. We build canal-front runs on coastal-grade aluminum or vinyl with corrosion-resistant hardware throughout, set on iDrive posts, 100 mph wind-certified. We confirm any seawall setback and easement requirements for your lot before we build.

Coastal-grade aluminum or vinyl. Aluminum does not rust and holds its finish in salt air without painting or treatment. Vinyl resists moisture at the panel level and needs minimal maintenance. Both are available in styles that typically clear HOA review, and both go in on iDrive posts set for the sandy Flagler soil that shifts traditional concrete footings over time. On or near the water, we recommend corrosion-resistant hardware throughout, not just at the post.

Lead times vary by season and project load, and HOA review adds time to the schedule, so we factor that in from the start. Cost depends on material, linear footage, height, gate count, terrain, and any permit or HOA requirements. Canal-front and coastal lots sometimes need upgraded hardware that affects total cost. We give you a specific start window and a written quote at the free on-site estimate. No deposit required.
