Fence Services in Orange Park and Clay County
Every Orange Park project is quoted free and on-site. Orange Park is an established suburban market: mature family neighborhoods where privacy is the priority, waterfront lots along Doctors Lake and the St. Johns River, and fast-growing HOA communities like Oakleaf and Eagle Harbor. Each one asks for a different fence, and we build to Clay County code for all of them.

Fence Installation
Fence installation for Orange Park homes and businesses, in wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain link. In HOA communities like Oakleaf and Eagle Harbor, we coordinate the architectural review for you. Every fence goes in on the iDrive Power System. Schedule 40 galvanized steel or aluminum posts are driven four feet into undisturbed soil, giving you a foundation 10x stronger than concrete with no cure time. No deposit required.

Fence Replacement
When an aging wood privacy fence or a storm-damaged fence in Orange Park is past saving, we remove it, haul it away, and build the new one in its place. Replacement is a good time to switch to lower-maintenance vinyl or aluminum. The new fence is built to current code and your HOA's standards, on the same iDrive foundation as our new installs.

Fence Repair
Fence repair across Orange Park, Fleming Island, and the Doctors Lake waterfront. We fix leaning posts, sagging gates, rotted boards, and rusted hardware on every fence type. Each repair starts with an on-site assessment and a written quote, and we'll tell you plainly when a fence is past repair and replacement is the better spend.
Fence Types and Materials
Every property has different needs. We offer five materials to match your budget, style, and how much maintenance.
The low-maintenance pick. No painting or staining, and it shrugs off coastal humidity.
A wrought-iron look that won’t rust. Good for pool enclosures and yards near the water.
Cost-effective security for yards, pets, and commercial perimeters. Galvanized against salt-air corrosion.
Full-privacy backyards. Board-on-board and shadowbox styles, built for Jacksonville heat and humidity.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have an Orange Park office?
Yes. Our Orange Park office is at 1014 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32065, serving all of Clay County, including Fleming Island, Oakleaf, and the Doctors Lake area. Every estimate is free and done on-site, and you get the same crews, the same materials, and the same written warranty as any other Fortera job.
Do you handle Clay County permits?
In most residential cases there’s no local permit to pull. As of July 2026, Florida law (HB 803) prohibits local permit requirements for single-family residential fence jobs contracted under $7,500, which covers most residential installs, and neither the county nor an HOA can require a permit below that threshold. Above $7,500, and for commercial work, requirements vary across Clay County and the Town of Orange Park. We verify what applies to your address and handle permit pulling whenever one is required. Pool-barrier code compliance is included either way. (HOA architectural review in communities like Oakleaf and Eagle Harbor is separate from a permit and still applies.)
Do you handle HOA approvals for Oakleaf, Eagle Harbor, and Fleming Island?
Yes. We prepare and submit the full architectural-review package on your behalf. Oakleaf Plantation, Eagle Harbor, and most master-planned communities in the Orange Park / Fleming Island area require approval before installation, including material, color, height, and style. Approval adds time to the timeline, so we factor it in from the start and advise on the most-approved options for your community at the estimate.
What is the best fence for privacy in Orange Park?
For most established Orange Park yards, board-on-board or shadowbox wood gives you a full-privacy fence with a natural look, and vinyl privacy panels give you the same coverage with almost no maintenance and no painting or staining. Both are built for Northeast Florida heat and humidity and go in on iDrive posts driven 48+ inches into undisturbed soil, so they don’t lean or heave in the sandy Clay County soil. We’ll walk your property and recommend the right fit at the estimate.
Do you fence waterfront lots on Doctors Lake or the St. Johns River?
Yes. Waterfront lots take more moisture and wind than an interior yard, so we steer toward rust-proof aluminum and corrosion-resistant hardware, and we confirm any shoreline setback or drainage-easement requirements for your lot before we build. Aluminum is also the code-friendly choice for pool enclosures on these properties. Every waterfront run goes in on iDrive posts, 100 mph wind-certified.
How much does a fence cost, and how soon can you start?
Cost depends on material, linear footage, fence height, gate count, terrain, and any permit or HOA requirements for your property. The best way to get an accurate number is a free on-site estimate — we come to you anywhere in Orange Park and Clay County and give you a written quote the same day. Lead times vary by season and project load; we’ll give you a specific start window at the estimate. No deposit required.
